The Transformation Ministries Conference is an annual, two-day gathering designed for inspiration, equipping and encouragement, where you can connect with a community of ministry leaders. Find all general conference information and registration below.
Our world needs something radically different than alienation, division, fault-finding and anger with no real solutions.
#unite: Jesus prays for it
#unite: Your church is empowered by it
#unite: The world will be changed by it
“I am in them and You are in Me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that You sent Me, and that You love them as much as You love Me.” (John 17:23 NLT)

Summary Information

ARTICLE 4.
DELEGATES
SECTION 1. QUALIFICATIONS

A. In determining the qualifications of Delegates to each Transformation Ministries annual conference, the Ministry acknowledges that the baptism of believers by emersion on their confession of faith in Jesus Christ is an historic and continuing practice among its Covenanting Churches, and further recognizes the autonomy of each Covenanting Church.

B. In accordance with these acknowledgments, a Delegate shall be a person who is a member of Covenanting Church and who has been duly elected as a Delegate to such Transformation Ministries annual conference pursuant to these Bylaws. In addition, members of the Board of Directors shall be Delegates.

SECTION 2. ELECTION AND REGISTRATION

A. Election: Each Covenanting Church may elect from its membership:
1. five (5) Delegates;
2. one (1) additional Delegate for every one hundred (100) members of such church in excess of the first one hundred (100) members;
3. one (1) additional Delegate if such church’s per capita giving to Transformation Ministries in the calendar year preceding the Ministry’s annual conference equaled $30 or more; and,
4. In addition to the foregoing, the Senior Pastor of any Covenanting Church may serve as a Delegate.

If any question shall arise with regard to the number of Delegates to which a Covenanting Church is entitled, the determination of the Mission Lead shall be conclusive with respect thereto.

B. Registration: The names of Delegates from each Covenanting Church shall be registered with the Mission Lead fifteen (15) days prior to the convening of an annual or special meeting.

SECTION 3. DETERMINATION AND RIGHTS OF DELEGATES
Except as expressly provided in or authorized by the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws of this corporation, all Delegates shall have the same rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions. -9-

SECTION 4. TRANSFORMATION MINISTRIES ANNUAL CONFERENCE
A. Time and Place of Conferences.
Delegates shall meet annually at such time and place as shall be fixed by action of the Board of Directors. Such time and place shall be set forth in the notice of the Conference, which shall be published, not less than ninety (90) days prior to the Conference, in the official publication of the Ministry, distributed to Covenanting Churches.
B. Action by Delegates.
1. Quorum: At each Transformation Ministries annual conference, one-third (1/3) of the Delegates registered with the Mission Lead prior to convening the Delegates for the first order of business of the annual conference, present in person, shall constitute a quorum; provided that at least one Delegate is registered from each of at least one-tenth (1/10) of the Covenanting Churches. When a quorum is once present to organize an annual conference, it shall not be broken by the subsequent absence of any Delegates from the conference. If at any annual conference there shall be no quorum present, the Delegates present shall have power to adjourn the conference until a quorum is present and no notice of any such adjourned conference need be given.

2.
C. Chair of the Annual Conference.
The President or, in the President’s absence or inability, the Vice President or, in the absence of both, a person chosen by the conference shall preside at all annual conferences.

D. List of Delegates.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to register and pay to attend the conference?
Yes. TMC attendance requires paid registration. Your church will not receive a Conference Contribution Request letter. Please register according to the category that best fits your church budget (Individual or Group Rate).
What are Group Rates?
Group Rates are the amounts we formerly requested as the TM church’s conference contribution. The rates are based on the same standard ( i.e., average church attendance). The option of choosing between individual rates and group rates allows a church to bring a group of any size and register at the rate that suits their budget.
Will meals be provided or available for purchase?
Yes, both!
– Breakfast will be provided for those who have registered for Thursday morning’s Business Meeting.
– Coffee and morning refreshments will be provided both days.
– You can buy a boxed lunch, both days, onsite from our caterers, or you may want to try a local restaurant.
– Thursday evening will feature complimentary pre-dinner appetizers, dinner, followed by after-hours entertainment.
Please remember to indicate whether you will be attending our dinner and /or breakfast when you register.
How do I register to attend Workshops?
You do not need to register for workshops. Workshops may be attended on a first-come, first-served basis. Each workshop will run twice during the conference. Check your conference program guide for times and locations of all workshops.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
For regular check-in/walk-in registration, your ID is not required. You may be asked to provide ID at the childcare center, if you are making use of the childcare facilities. (See more childcare information in the related section on the event site.)
Is my registration transferable?
Yes! If you can’t attend the conference, please send someone else in your place. Please remind your replacement to notify the registration/check-in staff to help things run as smoothly as possible.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can access your registration and make any changes as needed.
Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event?
It’s not necessary, but helpful.
What is the refund policy?
All conference registration fees are fully refundable, up to and including October 5, 2018.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
For general conference information, please call us at 800.299.3448, or email Elenna Poppin.
For information about Exhibitors or Sponsors, please call 626-408-3883
What are my transport options to the event? What kind of parking can I expect?
Parking at the conference host church is limited, so we strongly encourage you to carpool with others, or to take the TM shuttle bus from the hotel to the host church. The TM shuttle bus will make round trips to and from the hotel about every 20 minutes all day long, throughout the duration of the conference. Thank you for your cooperation.
Alternative Parking
Due to limited parking at the event’s host church, we encourage attendees to carpool as much as possible.
If the host church parking lot becomes full, on-site signage will direct you to a Walmart parking lot only 2 miles from the church.
There will be shuttle buses running throughout the conference to shuttle you back and forth between Walmart and the church.
Park in the NW corner of the Walmart parking lot (just off McFadden Ave), and watch for a shuttle bus with a “Hillside” logo.
The map below also shows you where the Walmart parking lot is compared to the host church.
Thank you for your cooperation!
