Transformation Ministries believes leaders matter. For this reason, TM is deeply committed to the ongoing development of its pastoral leaders. Opportunities are designed to inspire pastors, provide them with helpful information and support them in the area of implementation. Effective pastoral leadership is essential to the health and missional vitality of any local church. It is also a challenging assignment. The TM Pastor Mentor Groups have been created to help pastors lead well by providing a place that is both highly relational and safe–a place where pastors can learn and grow. TM Church Planting exists to support church planters and high level leaders in the work God has called them to do. We plant churches and network church planting entities with church planters in order to do more together than we can do apart. We’re developing a movement where church planting leaders are reproducing healthy churches. Conferences and camps have proven to be one of the best means in the Church’s toolbox to bring about exponential ministry impact. In a simple weekend retreat, Men’s and women’s groups, leadership teams and youth groups are experiencing life change. Campers come to our camps to rest, regroup and refocus while attending programs that invite people of all ages into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, guide them to be fully committee followers of Christ, and equip them to become people who impact the world for Christ.
