Senior Pastor

Judson Church of San Bernardino, California, is currently searching and praying for a man of God to serve as our Senior Pastor. Such a man of God should have a proven track record of leading the lost to Christ and discipling them to spiritual maturity through sound biblical teaching. We’re praying that God brings us a man with a passion for broken people, the vision to see beyond their brokenness, and the desire to lead them to the life God has intended.

Church Planter

Missio Dei Oakland is partnering with a local Asian American church in Los Angeles to plant a new church in a low income neighborhood in South LA County. We are hiring a pastor who has all the traditional gifts of a church planter (leadership, ability to gather, vision, team development, grit) AND feels a call to serve the poor. Cross-cultural skills, missionary spirit, and desire to serve UNCHURCHED people are critical. We are NOT seeking to plant a new church by Christians leaving their old church. Evangelistic gifts and commitment to discipleship are required for the candidate. This is an exciting opportunity and we hope to send a high energy planter into the field in 2021.

The applicant should have gifts in preaching, ability to gather and launch our weekly youth night, and high relational skills to lead and train our volunteer team. Experience in urban ministry is a big plus. We are a diverse community requiring a leader who can connect well within a wide spectrum of socioeconomic, cultural, religious, and racial backgrounds.
